All deposits paid to DT are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by DT. Refunds will only be processed once full and accurate bank details have been provided by the customer and will be issued within 30 days of receipt of those details. DT’s decision on refunds is final, and compliance with this policy shall not constitute a breach of contract or obligation on the part of DT.
